Stanley

by The Sam Simon Foundation

After almost a year of waiting, Stanley now has a home of his own.  He has spent the last 11 months visiting residents of an assisted living home in our Pet Visitation Program.  His new mom works in an assisted living home, so he will continue to spread his joy, while enjoying all the attention and love he can handle from his new family.

Dakota

by The Sam Simon Foundation

Dakota is one of the three poodle puppies left on the side of the road, nearly dead.  They needed to be fed every 2 hours, 24 hours a day for months.  The shelter, the veterinarians and our staff gave them that care and they are perfectly healthy and happy now.  Dakota was the biggest and strongest of the three. He is now a Home Hearing Dog providing love and sound awareness for his new partner.  Happy Beginnings for sure.

Ruby

by The Sam Simon Foundation

Ruby was in poor shape when she arrived at the shelter.  Through their awesome veterinary care and our follow up, she is now thriving in the most loving home.

Elsa is a Hearing Dog.  She is absolutely perfect for Jane. Two strong gals helping each other out.

Trixie

by The Sam Simon Foundation

Trixie has a medical condition that requires daily medication.  A lot of people won't adopt a dog that is 'less than perfect'.  This family loved her before they met her and are taking excellent care of her.

Duffy and Savannah

by The Sam Simon Foundation

These 2 found themselves in the shelter in separate kennels.  We couldn't let that happen. We were fortunate to find a loving home that adopted them together.
